Terence Rosemore's (T-Rose) lively mixed medium collages are inspired by New Orleans colorful culture. He is the great-nephew of world renown duck decoy carver Jules Frederick. He was the first Artist in Residence at the Papillion Institute of Art In Los Angeles, where he made his debut in the HELLO show in 2010. His film MY PEOPLE is a part of San Francisco's MoAD's I'VE KNOWN RIVERS collection. Don Cheadle, James Gunn, Cicely Tyson, Shane Black, Halle Berry, and the US Postal Service are amongst the many collectors of his art.
I am a storyteller. I like to provoke thought about the cause and effect of the human condition. I tend to create in layers, as everything isn't as it first appears. It's my way of expressing myself, and documenting the social and cultural conditions in my space and time on earth.
